Modern Marital (“we,” “us”) is a product of Radiant Ventures LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit modernmarital.com or purchase the course, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you make a purchase, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, and payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe passes us your email address and purchase confirmation so we can deliver your course access and provide support if you need it.
If you contact us directly (for example, by emailing support), we'll have whatever information you choose to share in that message.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver the course content you purchased
- Respond to support or refund requests
- Send you course-related emails, including the ongoing content that comes with your purchase (you can opt out of anything beyond your original delivery email at any time)
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of outside services to run Modern Marital:
- Stripe handles payment processing. Their own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment details.
- We host your course materials directly on a private course page built for Modern Marital, and deliver worksheets as downloadable PDFs.
- We may use an email delivery service to send your access link and any ongoing course-related emails.
These services only receive the information they need to do their specific job.
Data Retention
We keep purchase and delivery records for as long as needed to honor refund requests, provide support, and meet basic recordkeeping requirements. We don't keep more than that.
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. You can also unsubscribe from any ongoing course emails at any time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on established, reputable providers (like Stripe) for anything involving payment or sensitive data rather than handling it ourselves.
Children's Privacy
Modern Marital is intended for engaged and married adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
